“My caregiver assembled the stand and it appears to be a little wobbly and tilts slightly forward. We put some cardboard underneath the stand in the back but I am still worried about the wobbly screen.”

We had this issue when we assembled it as well. We realized that we did not use all for mounting screws from the stand into the TV. The mount does look deceiving it needs all four screws to make it secure. You'll have to take the TV off the stand and install the two other screws, if that is the case.
