It depends on how you connect to the Internet. If you connect through your ISP, then your data limit is controlled by the plan you have. For most if not all ISP your Internet connection is not restricted by minutes, unless you're using like a Hotspot through your Cellular service provider, which is typically limited by your cellphone plan.
