“Are they some way to set this Samsung TV back to factory settings, I think I would be better off leaving it on factory just turn the cable provider on. Thank you”

Power on the TV, and press the Menu button on the TV remote control. Use the up or down arrow buttons on the remote to the Support option, and then press Enter. (This should move the highlight over to the right side options.) Select Self Diagnosis using the up or down arrow buttons on the remote again, and then press Enter. Select Reset, and then press Enter. The TV should ask for a security PIN, enter the number you set, if you have not changed the PIN the default code should be 0000. The Factory reset screen will appear displaying a warning message. Select Yes using the left or right arrow buttons on the remote, and then press Enter. As the TV completes the Factory Reset, the TV turns off and on again automatically and displays the Setup screen.
