- Answer Netflix is pre installed. Other pre installed apps are Amazon Video, HBO Now, VUDU, Vimeo, YouTube, Hulu, HBO Go, Fandago, Pandora, Starz Play, Bloomberg TV, RedBull TV, TED, YUPPTV, Drama Fever, Pluto, TuneIn, Encore, PGA Championship. Many of those require subscriptions or memberships but not all of course. You can install most apps free and then some require you to pay per use such as with UltraFlix. You install it and then if you wish to rent a movie you pay for that one movie without a reoccurring membership.

- Answer It means the signal source you are viewing is in 1080P. If you got to the YouTube app and search out 4K videos it will then play in full Ultra-High Definition. I recommend a short video called "Costa Rica in 4K 60fps" to check how clear the television is capable of being. It is just a few minutes long and has very good and clear video in it. Your other options would be connecting a 4k Blue Ray player Or subscribing to NetFlix(limited 4K content) or UltraFlix free to subscribe then fee per movie watched.

- Answer Sling is not one of the apps that you can download. So you would have to use Roku, FireTV, or one of those streaming type devices.

- Answer I had no problem setting up mine. Make sure all devices that you connect to the HDMI slots are powered off. Disconnect the cables wait a minute and reattach them. Turn on all connected devices including Apple TV. Turn TV on and run setup again. The TV should now recognize all the devices automatically.

- Answer Hey Alex, the television itself does not show Bluetooth connectivity I believe, however it does connect to Samsung phones via Mirror casting.

- Answer It sounds like the power board circuit is defective. I had a similar problem with a different model TV where the bypass capacitors on the power board were not rated for the correct voltage and eventually wore them out.
