Yes, you can hook an antenna to this TV.

My 50" Samsung has a coaxial cable connector on the back where I can attach rabbit ears or a Comecast cable. The tuner in the TV then tunes in all the broadcast stations in the area if I use the rabbit ears. I only get about 3 broadcast stations at my location in Savannah, and would do better getting the cheap antenna service from Comcast instead, if I didn't want to pay for cable. Instead, I subscribe to Comcast and have their DVR box under my TV in a wooden shelf I made. It provides many HD channels.
