• Netflix is on there, however the picture was awful. Super blurry, i usually watch Netflix through my DVD blueray player (yes i do watch dvd's).

• Yes those apps are preinstalled. Regarding your second question I don't have an idea about that but there is a Samsung store from where you can download other apps.
