I also had problems with my new tv! I called in directv for help. They discover that the HDMI cable that came with the tc was damaged! So, he put a new one on for no charge!!!! I’ve had no problem since!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It could be your wireless modem is not properly updated or set properly. It doesn't have to be the TVs problem. But, if you've taken all necessary cautions and it is still doing it, then I would take it back. You could check with an Ethernet cable if possible. That way you would know something more for comparison purposes. Remember, these modern electronic marvels are not built as good as they should be and anything that could go wrong or be maladjusted will be present and will need work.
