• Be easier if your notebook was a Samsung, too! I have two SAMSUNG UN50RU7100FXZA 2160P SMART 4K U TV'S and I have done it with my Samsung Phone and Chromecast. I could elaborate, but without knowing what you are streaming , I will mention the TV also has internet, so that works too.
