So just to make sure I got you - your entire internet both modem and router go out? Or do you have to redo the connection for the TV. I have Logitech Harmony hub that I didn't realize was so powerful / can get things (multiple TV's / wrong smart hubs) confused. I've only had to re install or re calibrate my fire stick but definitely not a system reboot. I would inquire about a falty TV honestly - don't want to throw you down a waste of time but that's my best guess from a lot of tinkering.
