“When I turn this TV on and about 3 minutes or so while it's on the screen goes black for about a second. Does anyone know why this is? Besides this, I really like the TV. Hoping it's nothing major as it doesn't do it after startup .”

this happened to me to, I believe it from Samsung plus tv having to buffer everytime when you switch from a different app.
