“We got this TV last week. Works great off our cable box (Spectrum). Today I bought a 4K UHD/Blue Ray player. The TV manual says the 2 HDMI ports are slightly different.. QUESTION: Does it matter which HDMI port I use for the cable box or the player?”

• Hi MKB907 - You can use your cable box in either HDMI port. This series has 2 HDMI ports, each capable of HDR10+ and Auto Low Latency Mode (Auto Game Mode). The “HDMI In 2” port additionally supports eARC. ^Val

• It Don't matter, but if you use the eARC HDMI with device then you will be able to make your TV ON with the device connected to it.
