Wish I could help but mi e came with no polarizing film on the screen. So I can't use mine and have been waiting for weeks to have geek squad pick it up and for a return and bring a new one. Past two weeks they have cancelled the appointment "the day before the appointment, mind you" with a poor excuse "such as the store sold them all and are out of stock, you would think if they are scheduled to return/exchange one and know a week ahead of time that they would have one set aside for this purpose" and it sometimes takes hrs to talk to anyone at Best Buy to reschedule. This will be the last time I ever buy at Best Buy, and deal with their extremely poor customer service!
