• It was tricky using Alexa, especially if there is a prior TV listed. It took the techs some time to figure it out, mainly my old TV kept showing up in the Alexa app and know one could figure out why. It seems to be working now, though.

• Hi Cat, Amazon Alexa is built in to the TV now, so you can use your voice remote to do almost anything you could with your hub, but now it has a visual interface as well. On/off, change channel, source, etc. ^Scott
