Hi Flip! Yes, the 50TU8000 has 4 mounting holes, with a VESA Standard of 200mm x 200mm. ^Gina

I believe so, mine is mounted on the wall. You can always return it if it doesn’t fit your needs hope this helps

Yes, it has 4 holes on a VESA 200mm pattern. It takes 6mm bolts about 1/2” long to attach the TV.
