I called Samsung and they said a Technician would call me back to schedule ad appt... that was two months ago.. and still waiting. Terrible costumer service and reliability with they products.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same thing happen. Is your screen flashing and the red light comes on and off? Mine did this and then suddenly started to work and I was right at the end of my warranty. They honored it. They are getting a motherboard but they won't replace the screen with pixeled lines on it. I was a bit peeved at that, the Tech even told the office that there was something wrong with the TV. Tech wanted to take the TV but the main office said no, don't. I just don't understand logic. Maybe it was because I was at end of my warranty? They are the worst. And the hours even worse. They don't really give you many options hopefully they honor my last visit. But I'm still upset I bought this last year. I'm almost afraid to give away my smallest tv because of this. I did however buy another Samsung. Good luck with yours. They are very unhelpful and wondering if the warranty would have been better to buy at Bestbuy instead?
