“if I am not sitting directly in front of the tv or watching it from little bit to each side, the picture quality sharpness and color is terrible . Is it something wrong with the tv or are there adjustment that can be made to fix it?”

Check settings because sometimes you can fix it because depent what you waching you can change modes sports cinema ,natural and more so check it out
