Are the screws to lock in the legs of the TV included? The instructions show 4 screws however we did not have any in our box. The box included the controller, the pegs for mounting,batteries and the instruction manual. Please advise.

Just bought a Samsung 65 inch 6 series from bestbuy. Unfortunately, the screws are not provided in the box. I could not even put it anywhere and watch the TV since it is arrived. Is there any solution? Will it help if I go ask the store to provide me with screws. Please advise.

Hey. It's all good. Was like, "where are these screws!?" Searched google. People said they were with the legs. They were. They are small and in a small bag inside of the bag that had one of the legs to the tv in it. Hope you find them.

I just purchased a 65" Samsung and when I got it home to assemble. No screws to mount the supporting legs. I called Samsung and what a hastle over 4 screws. Before they will send them I have to provide a receipt and wait for them to arrive by mail. I was on hold for 10 minutes already
 I did some research and found they are m8 machine screws. I will get them myself from a hardware store.(Home Depot). What a rediculous blunder by Samsung. I wont be buying any more of their products.What is wrong with Samsung?

Mine didn’t have the screws. Went back to Walmart and they opened three other boxes to get the screws and found none

Add me to the list of people who did NOT receive screws with the TV. There was a small piece of plastic wrapped around one of the legs but there were no screws in it.

Will not ever buy from this manufacturer again. I will not go to another store to buy screws to attach legs to a TV that I paid $400 for. These should be included in the box as of purchase. I know many say these were included in their purchase, but ours was not. This extra effort on my part has brought me to the conclusion to never buy a Samsung product again. This purchase was due to the cheaper price and the quality of customer service shows,,

Lol I was one of the people who couldn’t find the screws. I even went to Lowe’s to buy some and those did not fit. As I sat here I said to myself “I should google” welp I came across this and was reading the comments lol it’s in a small tiny bag

Yes, there are screws in the box, they are in a bag. If they somehow forgot them tale it back and get a new one. To the person farther down, samsung makes great products. Good luck finding better....
