As this TV is a Smart TV, there are a few Samsung Apps that are already installed. You are asked to create a Samsung account when you set up your new TV and it can look like your Samsung smartphone screen. There are non Samsung apps that are also pre-loaded and it includes Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, DirectTV etc. If the app you are looking for is not available it is very simple to download it. You just need to have your Samsung account created to log in and download new apps. Hope this is helpful.
