Q: QuestionI am very unhappy that the product description does not show the control box and hanging wires from the tv to it. It's unsightly and a reason to return it. Also the advertisements for the framed tv implies that the frame comes with it- which it doesn't.

• A:Answer Hi there - While The Frame TV’s included One Invisible Connection Cable is not rated for in-wall installation, an in-wall cable is available (Model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall. It also comes with a black frame, which cannot be removed. The Customizable Bezels sold separately are attached directly on top of the black frame and come in Sand Gold (Metal), Modern Brown, Modern Teak, & Modern White. ~ Samsung Specialist

Q: QuestionDoes this model allow for the addition of a mat and color selection? Samsung online directions refer to about art home settings, but the settings do not include anything related to mat or color. Is this only available on the larger TVs?
