• I am already not very happy with my purchase and am considering returning the TV, which is coming tomorrow. I was not told that the in-wall cable is not included, and your reply is that it is included but "not rated" for in-wall use. Why is it included if it is not recommended to use? Additionally, it is recommended to use VG-SOCR86U/ZA, which is not available for purchase anywhere I can find and is another $200?

• Darci - The Frame TV’s included One Invisible Connection Cable is not rated for in-wall installation. An in-wall cable is available (Model: VG-SOCR86U/ZA), which can be ran through your wall. ~ Samsung Specialist
