Allie - While factory resetting needs to be done through the TV menu (Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Reset.), you can cold boot your TV by holding down the power button on the TV (beneath the Samsung logo) for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again. ~ Samsung Specialist
