- Answer TheCooper - Most smart features on the Q80A require Internet connectivity and setup; while some features cannot be disabled, you can absolutely choose to not setup or utilize them. You can connect the Q80A TV to your receiver. When connecting, please make sure you enable Input Signal Plus and Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) on your TV. Anynet+ will control external devices that are connected to your TV with HDMI. Please keep in mind you will not be able to use Anynet+ if this feature is not supported on your receiver. QuestionVRR on the 50 inch. How do I enable this for 120 fps on a Xbox x? Xbox says TV is not capable of VRR. Called Samsung and tgey confirmed my TV is VRR capable. Any fixes? GAMEMODE says I am running 60 fps. Bought this TV for the 120 capability.

- Answer Gina....according to the Samsung customer service calls ie Dec 5th and December 11th it is supported since the rep pulled my information. We went through the capabilities of the TV etc. If it's not as you are saying why is it option in GameMode. To me if YOU are correct this is false advertising on Samsung and Best Buys part because we bought this TV for this option because it's advertised as such. I HAVE SPENT almost 30 days trying to get a clear answer. If you are correct Gina why is your customer service contradictory to your statement? Don't waste my time. If you are correct I have wasted my money on your TV. My other TVs for 2/3rds the price do everything and more at this level. If I don't have the features why is it on the Gamebar. Gina you need to clarify this because there are others like me who bought the TV for this reason from here and other places. Also many of us don't live in cities etc. I ordered this online and I live 350 miles from a Best Buy store. Besides I spent 30 days messing with this. How about you send me a return kit so I can return it to Samsung because it was sold to me with misleading information. In closing this makes me angry enough NOT to buy a Best Buy or Samsung product in the future. Best Buy I am a 4 year elite customer 5 years in a row. Won't be coming back.

QuestionDoes this have HDMI 2.1 so it can be used with the new gaming Systems like Xbox Series X/S to get 120hz refresh rate on games? If it does not what TVs in the Samsung line up has 2.1 HDMI ? HDMI 2.1 is a very big feature now it should be in the specs
