I just replaced a 2013 Samsung 50 inch LED TV with the 50" Neo QLED TV. I was able to use the mounting brackets and screw hardware from my old TV for the new TV. The mounting holes on the new TV are in a slightly different position than the old TV but with the elongated slots on the mounting brackets, they worked perfectly on the new TV and it is mounted the way we like it. Please try again later.MommaRock - We do not supply adapters or screws, but the universal wall mount that you purchase separately will typically supply you with all the screws needed for their bracket to attach to our TV and to your wall. If they do not supply the screws, you can find them at any hardware store, Screw Size M8 x 45mm. The length of the screws varies depending on the thickness of the wall mounting bracket and if spacers and/or washers are being used. The thread pitch, regardless of TV size, is always 1.25 millimeters. ~ Samsung Specialist
