“With the white frame on the screen what is the actual viewing size? Can I adjust it to be smaller? The wall mount, how strong is it? Construction is going on near me that often shakes the house, want to make sure it is strong and TV would be secure.”

Kidw4TVs - When installing the white customizable bezel on The Frame TV, it will not affect the TV's actual screen size. You can adjust the picture size in your TV's settings if you prefer a different screen ratio. Construction should not impact the strength of your TV's wall mount when properly installed.
