lauren - Hi, the 2021 Frame 43" TV features out-of-the-box Vertical Mode / 9:16 Screen Support. Additionally, Samsung's lineup includes The Sero, which features a rotation screen so you can watch your favorite content whether it's in portrait or landscape. ^Gina

The way this bracket attaches to the TV, you aren't flipping it around. You could possibly still view pictures in portrait mode though they would be narrow and in the center of the screen - I haven't tried this. I am mostly using the art that is available rather than loading my own pictures.
