Q: QuestionHow well does this TV work with Apple slide shows of your own photos? I have heard it does not work well - limited number of photos, can’t adjust speed of slideshow etc.

• A:Answer Hi Grump, Our newly redesigned Frame has a super-slim profile of just 1". When mounted with the Slim Fit Wall Mount, it is designed to sit flush against the wall. A small gap between the wall and TV may occur if wall is not 100% flat or is constructed off-angle to the floor or if installed incorrectly. ^Val

Q: QuestionWhy won’t our Samsung Picture Frame TV turn on? Remote has power/is charged. Confirmed outlet has power. One connect box will not turn on/no light on. Cannot turn on TV from button on actual device. Tried unplugging/Re plugging all connections

• A:Answer We have 5 Frame TVs in our medical clinic, we've found that if you turn them off while displaying art, like a rotation, it glitches and causes the TV to not turn on so we have to power cycle the box for at least 30 seconds to reset, now we know and we exit Art Mode before turning them off. (answered as of April 2024)

• A:Answer Yes, it is solar and can die quickly if you don't leave it face down, I don't like it myself but are in the habit now of turning face down after each use (bad design, solar cells should be on the top)
