Q: QuestionDo you guys not carry the 55” frames or it just out of stock for now? I would like to order the 55” frame TV but there is not an option to purchase the 55” frame in any color. So was wondering if BB just don’t carry that size.

Q: QuestionDoes the Frame Bezel block the light and motion sensors on the bottom of the TV?

- A:Answer yes it does (except the light sensor)! even the original samsung frame is a design failure. moreover it blocks out the infrared sensor as well. one may buy a third party sensor for around USD 100 or simply cut out the horizontal part of the frame entirely (veeeeery careful), where it is already precut. Pay antention that you dont harm the vertical (front facing part) so when sitting in front of the frame, you cannot see the cut. In case this is still not enough, you may file away a tiny piece of the vertical part until the problem is solved. (Maybe when you place the unit high above e.g. a fireplace you don't have this issue, but here in Hungary we tend to keep the tv at eye level, which together with the design misstake kills the sensors.)
