This is a problem that Samsung knows with the base. I was told by BestBuy to pull the base back off and put it back on. The trick is, don't tighten it up all at once. Move around to each of the screws and put pressure on the base to make it straight. Not a lot of pressure just enough to keep it straight and not letting it give that lean. Mine did that and I fixed it by just taking it off and tightening the screws and putting pressure on the base.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did have the same problem when I bought mine, my son called Sansum company and they sent another set of scrubs that really I did not use them. Its were the same as what came with the tv! My tv did not recline back or stand straight, it was too much vending to the front! I tought it will be dropped any times, and I placed it down on the floor while I fix the problem! Then, a friend came and overview the scrubs on it and pulled all out and scrubs them back again and bingo, it look better now but, if I move the table, the Tv move With tremol! It is very lite, it is nice but, too fragil! I am thinking to buy a mountain tools for the wall! I think that such beautiful tv, so bright will look better in the wall with the table under it to decorate the space! Good look! It is a good buy! Enjoy it!
