• My 3 Samsung Smart TVs all support Amazon;Prime TV and my sister's 2 Samsung Smart TVs support Amazon Prime TV. They also support Netflix, Hulu and more.

• I just logged in to amazon on my tv. The same model you have. Go into the menu setting of your tv. I'm not sure exactly what you have to turn on or off, but there is a solution for this if you Google it.
