“Has anyone connected an external speaker to this tv? I have an external sound bar with a headphone connector, but this doesn't have a headphone jack. My soundbar also has bluetooth, but this tv doesn't have bluetooth either. Thanks!”

Have you tried using an optical cable? Typically that is how you connect a sound bar. That's how mine is set up.
