I would say most likely no. A "hail mary" idea would be to disassemble and clean the flexible flat "cable" that connects the main circuit board to the display assembly. Use some de-oxidizer /cleaner that is meant for electronics. TV repair shops used to use this stuff. Rationale: Perhaps the signal send from controller is getting received as draw blue line down the middle (all rows) because the flexcable is dirty.
