You'll need a wall mount attachment accessory to attach it to the wall. I put mine on an extending, tilting, and pivoting wall mount and it works great. Be sure to get the right size i.e. 49-75 inch TV Wall Mount.

With a wall mount. More specifically one that could handle at least 40lbs, as the product specifications indicate. Not sure how else to answer that question.
