Fantastic TV - easy set up - but it disconnects with error message to check HDMI cable. Geek Squad said cable is fine. Each time it happens (3 - 4 times a day) I power it off then back on and it is good to go. Any idea why this happens ??? Thanks null

I SUGGEST YOU PURCHASE PROPER HDMI CABLE FROM BEST BUY. I HAD SIMILAR EXPERIENCE BUT AFTER I CHANGED THE HDMI, I AM ENJOYING THE TV PICTURE QUALITY, PARTICULARLY T SHOWS IN HD FORMAT

Check the cable to the break out box. Sometimes it does not seat well so maybe it is throwing the error.
