Go to: Settings>System>EcoSolution The Eco Sensor when "on" will dim the picture depending on brightness in the room. The lower you can stand the brightness and backlight the longer the tv will last according to my tv tech with 40 years experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you turn off the echo friendly part in settings. It monitors the ambient light and adjust the tvs brightness to the room. I my self like it off I don't like the dimming either.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went to natural and the problem went away. I think standard dims based on ambient light in the room. Also, you can go to advance set up and set the brightness.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you might have a bad TV. It should change immediately. Slow change suggests possible thermal issues with some component. I'd trade it for a different TV.
