• Officially you are not supposed to TRANSPORT this lying flat, it is supposed to remain upright. Best buy should deliver it free of charge for it being >50 inches. I would rather have it broken via delivery then to have it broken by not handling it appropriately. That being said the instructions call for lying the television flat to install the stand on the back of the television and having the screen face down and a blanket/towel to protect the screen. If you want to have it mounted on a wall you will also need to lie the screen down flat to install the mount.
