“Does this version from Best buy have the mandatory ad tracking agreement and then I am gonna have to see ads all the time within the smart menu? The Amazon model which appears to be UN55KS9000 has complaints about the ad tracking. Thanks.”

Not sure about the tracking of ads or content/show choice. Not seen evidence of that yet, only been a month. We have not seen any ads except when using a app that states it will have ads such as Hulu. I understand the request for no or minimal ads, we agree. Dumped the cable company and just watch streamed content which most is ad free, love it. Great TV, best picture we have ever had by far. Very easy to use built in navigation if you plug all HDMI devices into the TV.
