• It does, but if you want to watch anything on a live feed that uses Adobe Flash, which appears to be most live feeds, you're out of luck. the plug in is not loaded and can't be added.

• yes this one does have an actual browser, but i have not had a chance/reason to use it yet so i dont know how well it works.
