Q: QuestionThis tv is not compatible with Suddenlink HD DVR box. Any suggestions on how to get a full screen on non-HD channels with the DVR box? Samsung says it's the box. Suddenlink tech didn't know anything but to put in non DVR box.

Q: QuestionDoes the 6 series 6300 come with universal remote?

• A:Answer It comes with a smart remote that can supposedly work with other devices. I have not tried to configure it yet as we already have a Logitech remote that works well. From what I can tell selecting a channel can be cumbersome as you have to pull the numbers up onto the screen (at the bottom) and then bounce through them to enter the channel you want. Hopefully, there are other options and I just haven't taken the time to discover them yet.

• A:Answer It is not, and that's my one complaint. I did buy a Roku stick for $50 so I could get it. Can use the TV remote exclusively once the Roku is installed, so it's super easy.

Q: Questioni had auto motion plus to maximum since i prefer watching videos in 'soap opera effect' . is this because this is a native 60hz (CMR 120)panel ? will a 120 hz panel resolve this issue for me?
