Rob, Yes, that wouldd be 720/60Hz as an incoming signal. Try increasing the output of the video signal at the source. This is a 4K TV, so it will always display (and convert) the signal to 4K. The information you're seeing is the TV letting you know what the incoming signal is. If this is your Blu-Ray player or a cable box, you can go into THAT unit's video menu, and change the sent resolution to 1080p (or highest available is usually going to give you the best result), and then you'll see that reflected in the info bar indicating so on the TV.
