“I am unable to change the volume on the TV. When I click the volume button on the remote it goes mute, when I click it again the volume number comes but and i click up or down to change the volume but nothing happens. Please help!”

• When you press the volume button, it goes mute. Moving the volume button up and down adjust the desired volume. Pressing the volume button for more than 2 seconds shows the accessibility shortcuts to change the contrast of the volume.
