• Funny you ask! I'm taking mine to the Philippines and I know I will need a transformer so I purchased the rocket fish (lg) surge protector to plug into the transformer with my tv and blue ray! Should be totally fine! Done it before and works great!

• I dont know if you can use 220 volt on this system I beleave it will only work on 110 voltage system
