“I just got this tv I am having trouble with the wi-fi when I cut tv off and come back to turn it on I have to put my wifi password back in the tv it will not save the password what can I try or do to fix the problem”

Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question, but have you called Samsungs customer service number? I've called them twice and they were helpful.
