    • Answer 5216200 is from the Samsung 6 series of TV's while 4380056 is from their 7 series. The J represents last years models, while K represents this years, so technically the KU6500 is newer, but the JU7500 is a step up from the 6 series, so in the end, you'd probably get just as good of a TV either way.

  • QuestionHow can you change from one input to another?

    • Answer When you first turn on the unit, across the bottom of the screen you will see a navigation bar with all your viewing options. (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu.... etc see pic #1) If you move the selection all the way to the left you will come to a box with 3 options to choose from, a gear (settings), a box &arrow (source), and a magnifying glass (search). If you select the source option, the navigation bar will display all the various input sources available. (see Pic #2) You can then pick the input you wish to use. (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc...) I hope this helps.

    • Answer Yes it does on the back panel. The internal audio is amazing though. I'm just saying, I was more than surprised when I got it home and turned it on for the first time. absolutely amazing. I use the internal speakers for normal viewing, and I only use the external surround sound for "Movie Night".

    • Answer Thats a difficult question because I would think it would be an individuals choice but I would start with the pre-sets, which there are several, and yes even after that I did tweek a couple of things. Once you get it the way you like it take some notes or pictures so they will be handy if the kids come over and change stuff. I would think "user preference buttons" where you could save your own settings would be cool and very easily done with software technology today would be cool.

    • Answer The sound is EXCELLENT, I thought I had my stereo system on! But no I do not believe it has 5.1. I go directly from my cable box and from my BluRay box via optical(s) to my surround amp for the full on experience but most of the time, who needs it with such a wonderful onboard system? BTW, in most cases 5.1 or 7.1 would utilize 5 to 7 discrete amps. Most of what you hear on cheaper units are software programs designed to sound like surround by putting things out of phase and this is where you really run into problems. If you want your system to sound like in the theature do as I suggested above. good luck!

  • QuestionDoes this tv have High Dynamic Range (HDR)? The Best Buy website says no but the Samsung website says yes.

    • Answer it technically does but it is a lower level of HDR than the high end models. way lower. which is what everyone refers to as "true hdr" so even though it technically does and the box even says it does, it isnt really at the level youre probably thinking when you say "HDR"... this is a low end model and the top tech/specs are reserved for the high end models.
