• Not Spectrum but has other great apps. My TV came with Samsung TV plus,TV plus,Netflix,Apple TV,Hulu,YouTube,Vudu,Prime Video, Hope this is helpful.

• It's not pre-downloaded but it is available in their app store. We purchased this TV about a month ago for the same reason and so far it's worked well. Doing whatever we can to keep money in our pocket and out of Spectrum's.
