QuestionWe just purchased this tv. We have spectrum cable. We cannot seem tonfigure out how to make the picture not look so zoomed in. It looks great when we use the fire stick or watch Netflix...how can we fix this?

- Answer It is a built in smart Tv. It does not need Roku to access Apps. You can download them directly to the TV. But you can get a Roku.

- Answer No, but you can use Bluetooth headphones after you follow the pairing process. It is a little cumbersome in that you have to go to audio settings. The TV volume on remote can adjust volume when connected.
