why does my screen freeze. my tv is 3 days old. null

Get started now on calling Samsung! My 55” picture started going bad after 8-9 months but it was intermittent so they wouldn’t do anything. 2 weeks after the warranty was up it finally went out for good & they wouldn’t do anything. I’ll never buy another Samsung. I just ordered an LG.
