Can this Tv be Mounted onto a stand? null

Yes, although I didn't mount mine. There are screw holes for mounting in the back and it is thin enough (not as heavy as I thought it would be).

Yes it comes with a stand. I bought a wall mount and the Geek Squad installed it.
