A:AnswerCall Samsung they will tell you if it's in or out of warranty. Mine did the same thing and they refunded my money but it took a long time and a lot of hoop jumping. Good luck. Also the first to try is to unplug it for at least 30 seconds then plug it back in. That is the first they will tell you.
A:AnswerNot sure. I have Apple products and I cannot even cast from those to the tv. So I either need to connect a HDMI Cable setup from my Apple products to the tv or use Apple TV.
