“is it possible to plug corded headphones into it? And is it possible to shut the speakers off during the use of those headphones? I'm up while my wife sleeps so I don't want to wake her. Thank you”

Hi Buck, There is not a connection available on the DU7200 TV to connect corded headphones. You can connect Bluetooth headphones and turn off the TV speakers. I hope this helps! ~Samsung Advisor
