• You need to use the Samsung web cam. Other USB webcams do not work.

• Thanks for your interest in a Samsung product. At this time, only the Samsung Webcam (VG-STC2000, sold separately) will be compatible with the 2012 TVs with Skype, including the UN55ES6500. -MrSamsung
